You move from delivering defined tasks under close review to owning recurring work on your accounts, without supervision on familiar work.

Roles and responsibilities

Independently complete familiar reporting and data collection tasks against an agreed brief and deadline.
Find relevant secondary data online using agreed source-quality criteria, recording sources and publication dates.
Clean and organise data using established templates and processes.
Check figures and calculations, correcting straightforward errors and flagging unexplained inconsistencies.
Build reports, dashboards and visualisations from clear specifications.
Carry out routine tracking checks and updates using established processes, where required.
Summarise the main findings clearly for the account team.
Flag missing data, unclear requirements or delivery risks early, and ask for guidance when needed.
Log time accurately and follow agency process and templates.
Support Junior Executives with tasks you know well.
Raise issues and opportunities you spot outside the task you were given.
