EquivalentShared level, no parallel role. Everyone at L1 to L3 follows the same Starting path

How this role differs

You move from delivering defined tasks under close review to owning recurring work on your accounts, without supervision on familiar work.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Own recurring delivery on both sides of your accounts: on-page recommendations and briefs, and outreach on established campaigns.
  • Run keyword and prompt research and turn it into one target list both disciplines work from.
  • Make sure campaign coverage points to the pages the SEO plan needs to rank, and flag when it does not.
  • Monitor visibility across classic results and AI answers, and flag movement rather than waiting for the monthly report.
  • Raise where one discipline's work creates an opportunity or a problem for the other.
  • Flag risks, blockers and delivery issues early, before they become client problems.
  • Draft client updates and reporting commentary, and handle routine client queries.
  • Present work, findings and recommendations to clients, with manager support.
  • Handle client questions and pushback on calls, with manager support.
  • Log time accurately and follow agency process and templates.
  • Support Junior Executives with tasks you know well.
  • Raise issues and opportunities you spot outside the task you were given.
