Senior Organic Search Consultant
Where the integrated point of view starts shaping the agency rather than the accounts. You are accountable for outcomes beyond your own portfolio or discipline, without controlling the resource that delivers them. You keep a set of client accounts you own and deliver directly, where your expertise matters most. You move expertise in integrated organic search forward, defining the standards the discipline works to.
How this role differs
You move from owning the method across a portfolio to owning outcomes beyond it: a service line, a cross-discipline approach or a capability the agency needs.
The Senior Consultant owns the position and the external case for it. The Senior Organic Search Manager embeds it in how teams actually deliver, and builds the people who will hold it next.
Roles and responsibilities
- Own the agency's integrated position: what it means, what it delivers, and where it does not apply.
- Represent it externally, where it is a genuine differentiator rather than a claim.
- Raise the ceiling so Strategists on both sides think across disciplines by default.
- Be accountable for integrated results without controlling the resource on either side.
- Decide what integration should look like as AI surfaces change what visibility means.
- Set standards for the discipline that other people's accounts are held to.
- Build the strategic case behind significant new business.
- Pull other disciplines into the strategy to make it stronger.
- Raise the ceiling so the Strategists and Senior Strategists around you get measurably better.
- Keep a set of client accounts you own and deliver directly, where your expertise matters most.
